Rohan Kelly

Rohan takes a practical and solutions-driven approach to family law, supporting clients through complex and often emotional situations with steadiness and understanding. He combines empathy with clear, practical advice to assist his clients with navigating through the family law system.

Rohan’s experience spans all areas of family law, including parenting arrangements, mediations and financial matters. His aim is to help families achieve practical, sustainable resolutions that minimise conflict and preserve relationships wherever possible.  

Rohan is a Board Member of the Caroline Chisholm Society, an organisation that provides social services and housing support to women with young children. He is also a member of the Family Law Section and the Law Institute of Victoria.  

• Advising on parenting arrangements and relocation matters.  
• Representing clients in financial settlements involving complex property structures.  
• Acting in mediations to achieve negotiated parenting and property agreements.  
• Advising clients on child support and spousal maintenance issues.
• Representing parties in subpoena objection hearings, including the objector to the subpoena.
