Madeleine is a Senior Associate specialising in Elder Financial Abuse, Wills and Estates Litigation, Trust Disputes and Estate Administration. She represents individuals and families in sensitive and complex disputes, including challenges to wills, executor and trustee disputes, guardianship and administration proceedings, and breaches of fiduciary duties.

Madeleine is known for her strong relationship management and communication skills. She is accessible and responsive, ensuring her clients feel supported during what are often highly personal and emotional matters.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Deakin University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. In 2023, she was recognised by Lexology as a Legal Influencer in Private Client – Australasia.
