Acted for a family trust in Federal Court proceedings against a major Australian bank concerning allegations of negligent financial advice resulting in losses exceeding $1 million.
Defended a State government in a negligence claim arising from a serious traffic accident.
Acting in building and construction disputes, including advising clients on their legal rights, available remedies and litigation strategy.
