Claire practices across a broad range of estate litigation and planning matters, including family provision claims, contested probate or letters of administration applications, limited grant applications and applications for removal of executors or administrators.

Claire previously served as an Associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to that, she spent five years working as a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria across the Trusts, Equity and Probate List, the Testator Family Maintenance List and related specialist lists. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
