Joel’s expertise span retail, commercial and telecommunications leasing, acquisitions and sales of commercial and development land and property-related state tax issues. He regularly advises family groups and high-net worth individuals on complex stamp duty exemption matters, particularly for properties held in discretionary and unit trust. His experience also includes advising on property-related issues arising in deceased estates matters.

- Advising and negotiating a complex commercial lease for large CBD premises with aggregate rent exceeding $13 million;
