About

Known for transforming large scale transactions into tax efficient outcomes, Rajan combines deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of accounting and finance, allowing him to engage seamlessly with accountants and financial advisers at their level.

Rajan’s particular interests include business restructures, tax effective business sales and exits, advising on high value property developments, international taxation and resolving complex tax disputes with the ATO and state revenue offices. He is passionate about helping clients structure for success, protect what they have built and keep more of what they have earned.

Pragmatic and collaborative by nature, Rajan meets clients at their level of knowledge, never talking down to them or overcomplicating advice. He communicates with clarity and purpose, focusing on practical solutions that make things easier, not harder.
