We proudly donated $6,142.64 to the Cancer Council Victoria.
This donation supports the Cancer Council Victoria in their mission to prevent cancer, empower patients and save lives.
The Cancer Council's work is immensely valuable given the pervasiveness of cancer in society. The Cancer Council's website states that:
Every year, more than 35,500 Victorians will be diagnosed with cancer, and 11,000 will die from cancer. The number of cases will increase as our population grows and ages. Survival will also improve as we get better at early detection and treatment of cancer.
A cheque was presented to the Cancer Council Victoria by Andrew Henshaw (Managing Director). Representatives from the Cancer Council Victoria also provided our team with valuable insights and information about the work done by their organisation.
