We are thrilled to announce that Jennifer Maher has joined Velocity Legal as a Director.

Jennifer has been consistently recognised as a leading Estates lawyer in Victoria. She also has a wealth of experience with complex issues relating to trusts (including disputes). Jennifer’s recent success in the appeal decision in Re Owies highlights the complexity of Jennifer’s practice.

Jennifer regularly advises clients on:

  1. estate disputes and litigation;
  2. estate administration and probate;
  3. Wills, estate planning and asset protection;
  4. trusts and trust disputes;
  5. elder law and advocacy of elder law rights; and
  6. charity and philanthropy.

Jennifer’s impressive credentials include being:
