Promotions: Bryan Yeo and Edward Hart

Bryan Yeo has been promoted to Special Counsel.  

A senior lawyer in our Property and Commercial Leasing Team, Bryan is known for his calm, commercial approach to complex property matters. Business owners, developers and investors rely on him to navigate leasing, acquisitions and property development with clarity and precision, particularly where the stakes are high.

His practice spans commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, and property development. Bryan’s clients value not just his technical skill, but also his ability to deliver solutions that support broader strategic objectives.

When advising a Malaysian-listed developer on a large mixed-use project comprising over 200 apartments and 14 retail lots, Bryan helped the client navigate FIRB approvals and recognised an opportunity for tax-effective structuring. Working closely with our tax team, he helped integrate that advice into the transaction, enabling the development to move forward with greater commercial certainty in a tightly regulated environment.

Edward Hart has been promoted to Senior Associate.
