Lauren is relied upon as a trusted adviser who supports her clients’ businesses through every stage of their journey, during exciting times such as business sales or new acquisitions, through challenging periods like co-ownership disputes and through business growth and new projects, including joint venture agreements, restructuring and capital raising . She is particularly passionate about high value and complex private M&A transactions, including deals with earn outs, working capital adjustments and equity arrangements.

Clients are thankful for Lauren’s clear communication, professionalism and strategic thinking as well as her genuine care and dedication to her clients.

Lauren is also a Company Secretary for an Australian charity and provides guidance on governance best practice. She was a finalist in Lawyers Weekly’s Senior Associate of the Year (SME Law, 2024) and 30 Under 30 (Commercial, 2025) awards; and is currently completing a Masters of Commercial Law at the University of Melbourne.

  • Advising the vendors on the $10 million sale of a vehicle inspection and hazard management group to a national acquirer, including working capital adjustments, transition payments and an earn out.  
  • Acting for the purchaser in the $6.5 million acquisition of a manufacturing company.  
  • Advising the vendor on the prospective $58 million sale of an underground assets and utilities identification group, including the sale of business premises.  
  • Advising on the $3 million sale of a software company and the $1 million sale of a tech start up to an industry leader.
  • Negotiating successful exits and buyouts in co ownership disputes across varied industries including transport, hospitality and beauty.  
  • Advising on joint ventures, shareholder agreements and restructuring matters for clients different sectors, including technology, logistics, medical and professional services.
  • Advising a tech start up on a crowd sourced funding campaign, including providing corporate governance and restructuring advice.
